Here are some of my favorite hairstyles rocked by the fierce Rihanna. I personally think she looks best with the short, edgy looks. They go with her attitude. But she also can rock a very sultry and sexy long or curly do very well. 2011 was a good year for her or at least the end of it!

Feather hair extensions... Can we say, Tacky?

Feather hair extensions have always looked tacky to me. Like a random colored pigeon feather fell in your mane. Not kewute. Childish.

Looking forward to this fad to come to an end. I normally would be into things like this. Maybe it's the design of the feathers I have seen. But maybe it's just not my thing. You have to have a certain style to really pull this look off. And more than just a couple feathers.

Beauty: Before & After with Monica

Haircut: Long layers, side bang, face framing.
Blow Out with Rollers.
Soft makeup. Burgundy & light purples, pinks. Bronzer, blush, powder and black cat eye, liner. Gloss.

Monica Morris has a round shaped face. She wanted to keep her length. So, I cut about 2 inches and gave her long layers. Side bangs and slight face framing.

I used Aveda's Smooth Infusion, Gloss & style prep because she has naturally curly hair and wanted to have some control over that. Finished her hair look with Air Control hair spray to keep everything looking natural.

For her makeup I used a brush to sweep some MAC powder on her. Left brows alone. Light lavender color on lower lid and burgundy in crease from Urban Decay. Lined upper lid with Almay liquid liner and underneath corners of eyeline.

MAC Bronzer & blush. Fix + (MAC) was sprayed on her face to set makeup.
Gloss was a peach pink. Very natural. She went to work right after this! :)
